"WOW - I couldn't believe the difference. They turned a dirty/splotchy carpet into a beautiful, beige colored carpet. I've done the rental thing a few times, but having the recreation room professionally cleaned was amazing and worth the money! This was a heavily used room (teenagers/parties/sleepovers) and it really needed a cleaning! Brent's steam process made the cream colored carpet like new! We were considering replacing the carpet but after this - this carpet is good! Also, Brent's treated the carpet afterwards with a stain-guard to keep it cleaner over time. THANKS Brent's!"

"This is the second time we've used Brent's Carpet Cleaning and we've been extremely pleased both times. This time, one of our dogs got into something he shouldn't have and the result was vomit and diarrhea before we could corral him in one area. We tried to clean up as much as we could but it was clear we needed a professional for the job. We'd set an appointment, but Jeff, understanding what we were dealing with, called when he had a much earlier cancelation and slipped us in. Vet got the dog well and Jeff and Brent's carpet cleaning got our carpets cleaned and looking like new. It totaled 3", spent 12 hours cleaning this up then realized I need a professional restoration company to come. I called Jeff from Brent's Emergency Water Removal, they came the next day with their heavy duty equipment. We originally contacted them for an emergency pet related cleaning of carpet and we were so impressed we contracted their service on a monthly basis for several years. When we moved out of our rental, the carpet was in much better condition than when we took occupancy. They have always accommodated my child care business and come after hours, sometimes cleaning, sanitizing, and applying stain protection until midnight!
We have also contracted them to clean furniture which was hand washed and extracted with the machine.
