Fabric Upholstery Cleaning

Fabrics trap Dirt, Spills, Body Oils and Various Other Soils that can abrade or wear down the fibers and dull it's appearance.  When Brent's cleans your Sofas, Ottomans, Recliners and other Upholstered pieces, it will help to refresh and remove the Dirt as well as  Dust Mites, Indoor Allergens and Numerous Odors.

Prior to cleaning, we will inspect each piece to determine:

• Type of Fabric
• Color and Whether or not it is Colorfast
• Type and Amount of Soil
• Defects (i.e., Rips, Cuts, Tears, Holes, Missing Buttons, etc.)

Based on these findings, we will give you our recommendation on which of our cleaning processes will give you the best result possible. Brent's offers 2 different cleaning options for you to choose from.

Steam Cleaning for Lightly Soiled Synthetic Fabrics

• A Hot Water, Detergent injection into the Fabric to loosen up the Soil, while simultaneously Vacuum Extracting the Cleaning Solution and the Soil.

Deluxe Hand Shampooing for Heavily Soiled Synthetic, Natural Fabrics like Cotton and Wool or Synthetic/Natural Blends.

• Working from a bucket with sponges, we apply the lather from the mix to stabilize the fabric and to safely remove the maximum amount of soil.
• Afterwards, we flush the fabric with a Rinsing Agent to remove the cleaning compound and the soil suspended within. This will leave your piece as clean as possible.
